I'm sure my Mum used to make pineapple upside down cake with just Golden Syrup as the glaze/in the bottom, but all the recipes seem to require you to make the caramel. Anyone? |

Have you got the Bero baking book, Linda? I’m not sure but I think that recipe is just brown sugar and butter. I’ll go and check....
