Ghost Ship is the nearest thing I’ve had to ‘real beer’ - surprisingly so

Erdinger is good if you like(d) weissbier

Becks Blue is okay. Heineken zero similar. Both served cold as is the Erdinger Blue ^

Pistonhead and Infinite Session Pale available in bigger Tesco’s and both good

I’m seriously thinking of stopping doing the 0.5% but that’s a personal decision and not based on taste

I’m not particularly fond of fruit juice and bet I don’t drink more than a litre a month of it

I think Ghost Ship is probably the best one I've tried. I'm fine with Erdinger after sampling it a few times after Cambridge Half and adopting it as a thing to drink on weekday evenings when I want to stay off alcohol, and the Franziskaner Weissbier is drinkable if a little bit sweet. Nanny State is OK by me as well.

Agree re Franziskaner. I’ve gone off Nanny State; too much (non-beer) taste for me

If you are ever in Madeira, Coral dark is great, wish we could get it here.

I've tried a few and I think Nanny State is the only one I like. That said it tastes shite if you've just had a proper beer, but nice enough if you haven't.

Never liked the usual lager ones (becks/heineken/cobra/bud) etc.

The St Peters is the worst I've ever tried. I bought 4 and gave it three goes and just could not chew it down. I'd rather be thirsty!

Ghost ship sounds like a good bet though, will have to give that a go!

The Estrella one is quite good, the wife even likes it and she's never drunk alcohol
