Hope you like it as much as i do H . I've noticed it seems to be on sale through Tesco as well which will save the delivery fee. 😁

Wish I had looked at this thread 24 hours ago when we were still on holiday in the south west and I might have been able to pick some up somewhere! Might have to order some too!

I was not a fan of the full-fat Goarm IPA, but had three pints of the alco-free (it's available on tap nearby) and it was quite pleasant. Did leave me feeling a bit bloated though - I should have stopped at two.

It was HappyG.. I'm done to a few bottles now and they've been good. I tend to keep some in the fridge for when I want a pint but want to drink less nowadays. They slake a beer thirst enough to satisfy.
I still like my Ales and particularly stouts theses days but intend to seek nice ones out and not just drink anything.

Hiya, I posted on the TBOGUA thread but have been gently redirected here. Wondered if anyone can help me out:

Good afternoon TBOGUAns. I'm here not for myself but for my housemate. Fair to say that he's normally somewhat a heavy drinker, I think mainly through boredom as his mobility is extremely restricted.

He's currently in recovery from an operation and is unable to drink due to medication, but is missing the taste. I wondered whether there were any recommendations for alcohol free lager that he might enjoy - he'd normally drink Stella.

I'd be thrilled if there was something nice enough for him to cut down or quit permanently - but not sure that's currently realistic for him.

I really like Lidl's own brand AF, Perlenbacher. Can't say whether it's anything like Stella though - it's marked as a Pils I think.
