Well done Tup. Have you got a briki? A Greek lady who showed me how to make it liked to bring to boil 3 times to get what she termed the crust (crema). I’ve got my briki still and sometimes spot Papagalos coffee when out and about.

I bought a small briki last week in Greece. Stef’s mum mentioned the boil three times protocol. I’m still playing about getting the right result

I like my coffee strong, but Greek coffee gave me palpitations. That was 25 years ago, I'm not sure my aged ticker could cope with it now. The taste, though, is incredible.

I now live in Moray and coffee in Elgin is fine, but cortado is not really a thing. I’ve had Americano with hot milk on the side and flat whites. I heard someone get told off for serving me a cortado last week, as it wasn’t on the menu. I felt bad and it was a shame, as the cortado was really good.

I was in M & S the other day and needed coffee, so I took a chance on some Peruvian ground. Description says “rich and aromatic with dark chocolate and almond notes”. It’s a dark roast and is nice. Is keeping well too.

I’m very jealous.
I have a smaller sage machine ( not bean to cup) and I can’t fault it. But yours has a lot more buttons and dials!
If you live in a hard water area you need to descale it regularly.
