A Greek lady who showed me how to make it liked to bring to boil 3 times to get what she termed the crust (crema). I’ve got my briki still and sometimes spot Papagalos coffee when out and about.

I’ve had Americano with hot milk on the side and flat whites. I heard someone get told off for serving me a cortado last week, as it wasn’t on the menu. I felt bad and it was a shame, as the cortado was really good.
