Now I'm trying to get my head around how much coffee to water to use. Any tips and do you go by scoop and weighing to the gram?
jacdaw Oct 2024 5:25pm, 27 Oct 2024 4,637 posts	Quote Pin jacdaw I use 18g for a 40g double shot. But I trust my grinder to give me the right amount of coffee, rather than weighing every time, and I have a "standard" cup I brew into, so I don't need to weigh that either.
