Now I'm trying to get my head around how much coffee to water to use. Any tips and do you go by scoop and weighing to the gram?
jacdaw 5:25pm 5:25pm, 27 Oct 2024 4,637 posts	0 jacdaw I use 18g for a 40g double shot. But I trust my grinder to give me the right amount of coffee, rather than weighing every time, and I have a "standard" cup I brew into, so I don't need to weigh that either.
