The snow hit us on Thursday and not melted yet. I will go out for a walk soon as I’ve not been out since we came home.

We had a dusting of snow on Thurs, which is still hanging around. It’s been very cold however and the water pouring out of everywhere after the heavy rain has frozen all over the place 😬

Long run done today in case it does snow here tomorrow. 15 hilly miles ticked off. About 7 weeks to Rhayder so feeling on track at the moment.

No running yet (have looked at local parkruns but will wait for weather to improve!), but 25 miles of dog walking done and will be taking Oscar to his favourite country park after lunch :)

Art'noon gonks. Parkrun and breakfast for a friend's 40th today. Plan was Pavilion parkrun in Buxton but it got cancelled en-route so went back to Poolsbrook which is our closest.

Was a bit icy but a good talk by the run director saying it was close to being cancelled so if anyone didn't fancy it, please don't take part. Fairly steady one, enjoyed it but so bloody cold!

Excellent Spoons breakfast after.

Evening all. A brisk 6k on a trail near my brother's house in Madrid today. It was decidedly chilly outside. Due to get down to minus 10 overnight

Bit of a rush this morning as wasn’t expecting a local parkrun to be cancelled. Back out to Stonehaven for the second time in a week. -4c but still shorts weather :) Lovely breakfast afterwards and was a nice niece and bought my uncle his.

Wish the snow would hurry up and melt but we are due more :(

KCR hardcore running in shorts. Did local parkrun 2 C, I was in full winter outfit and still some in shorts and t-shirts :)
