We were the only 3 dressed like that - all the locals were far more covered. I still think it was the right choice of clothing.

I have not run yet this year, but this is partly because I've been feeling sorry for myself on account of breaking a tooth (on 27th December) which has left a sharp edge raking the side of my tongue whenever I speak, and (if not very careful) when I eat. Living mainly on soup and porridge, but have secured a dental appointment on Monday. Lost lbs in weight!

I have also not run yet and will need to hold off swimming too until I recover some more from this cold and cough. We have an orchestra concert next Sunday and I cannot risk a setback or I'll ruin it by coughing all through it.
