If I knew what I did to cause the stiffness it would be good but I really have no idea why it's suddenly stiffened up. I'll join the Friday morning group for a run but will have to see how that goes. I'm hoping mobilising will help. With an amber warning for wind tomorrow I really can't think my race will go ahead. I'm not at all sure I'll feel brave enough to do it any way!
