Short run done, only 24 minutes, to see if my right leg (which caused me to drop to a walk in last Saturday's parkrun) is recovered. After a few minutes I could feel it... but it didn't become painful. Heavy rain, high wind blowing from behind on my way out and conversely in my face on the way home. Also it was getting dark and I couldn't see the puddles, and the water streaming along the roads, so just ran through them. Complete change of clothes necessary on return. But at least it wasn't cold. Glass half full.
