Morning!

Had a trip out to Big Town (ie Brum) last night to see The Nutcracker. I had forgotton how magical the ballet was. I went with a running friend who had mentioned that she had never been to the ballet and it was on her 'To Do' list for next year. I started looking at next year's offerings and then thought that I would just check and see if there was anything left for The Nutcracker, there was and so we went!

The lights in the Chinese quarter looked lovely and made me feel quite Christmassy. That feeling has now worn off now I'm back at wotk with the usual crappy accounts that we have to deal with in December but maybe if I shut my eyes, I can magic myself back to that snow filled place and the music.

Morning! That sounds really lovely TPL! I haven't been to the ballet for years. I'm sure I can find a girl friend to go with as OH would be a very grumpy companion ;-)

I think I'll get a few miles in this morning before the weather goes downhill again. Bit concerned about Saturday's race - the wind is forecast to be 50mph ish, and we do run along the cliff edge for a good couple of miles :-0
