I had a nice run earlier, and did a workshop tonight in a pub which is always fun.

I've got up horribly early to go and attempt another swim. Last time I got waist deep before abandoning it, hope I can make myself get in properly today.

We did manage a short walk up a hill yesterday, you could see for miles but it was a bit cloudy. I felt like I was on top of the world.

Oo bins galore! I completed my level 3 cert yesterday, a glorious 3 months late on a 3 months course. Running and Fetch were both sacrificed but am hoping both will emerge blazing from the ashes

Caz will be pleased to know c9 worked her first shift with me at Reading last night and cried when the second goal went in, because they were working so well as a team and the (comparatively) small crowd were making so much noise
