I cannot even work out how to use my 10 dollar reading glasses. I mean, how do you read in bed on your side without them boring a hole through the side of your head?

Given the denizens of our local, I think I’d rather not see them! There’s one guy who does yoga on the top bench in very small shorts. Down dog is really not a safe sight

I love my varifocal contacts. Varifocal glasses took a bit of getting used to but fine now (first week I kept missing door handles unless I looked straight at them)

I've found the glasses pretty easy which I'm pleased with. Getting used to moving my head depending on what I'm looking at and how far away it is.

I am a bit knackered having not had a day off for over a week so I'm in bed early, alarm set for my morning run.
