Brought wet weather gear, clothin, hats etc in anticipation of a stormy walk. Need not have bothered, yes it was breezy and a bit damp underfoot but 7 miles done in short sleeves, lightweight coat and not a raindrop to be had. Not sure what went wrong with the forecasters modelling this time. Sorry to hear about the GSR.

Bit of a stressful night here with a massive row but all sorted now and air cleared. Fecking exhausted to be honest. One more day here and then off to the Isle of Wight for our holiday on Tuesday morning. Sal went out for a run same time as me, I had a feeling she would do the 10 mile distance and she did. 10K was enough for me today, it's all been stressful here but with plenty of good bits too. Alzhiemers is evil.
