Groe parkrun done; lovely sunny morning when the mist cleared. The Wye was high but stayed within its banks (it quite often doesn't) and I ran my best time this year. 1st and last in category, as (nearly) always.

In my office today catching up (not as bad as it sounds - nice and quiet and much better desk than in my shared Greenland apartment). I did manage a sort of jog last night that turned into a hike as I went up a mountain (yes, stupid) looking for a "geocache" for my mum. I didn't even find it and had to come back down as it was too dangerous and a bit too late in the day for me to continue alone.
