Lovely 25 mile ride home on the bike planned but then it rained, and rained and rained. Soaked to the skin and some serious puddles to negotiate. Hope it's dry for the return journey tomorrow 🤞

I'm so sorry to read about the massive row @Sombrero . When my Mum was being extra difficult I usually took the 'bite my lip and let it wash over me' approach whereas my sister went in all guns blazing. I don't know that either was the 'right' way. Whatever makes you feel better, because I'm not sure either way had much impact on my Mum. Tough times; enjoy your break on the IoW xx

Just a bit of walking and a dip in the ocean today, all very laid back while here.

It cleared the air and a much better day today. We're off to the IOW tomorrow morning so the weekend has been survived!
