Autumnleaves Feb 2023 8:07pm, 8 Feb 2023 19,003 posts	0 Autumnleaves Fragile Xmas Ornament Just emerging from a slightly torn calf myself - my rehab (from the physio) has included variations on calf raises but also work with the hamstring using resistance bands. Lots of stretching. I would recommend a physio - if you've torn it and it heals by itself you can end up with scar tissue that causes more problems later.
