Morning! Dog escaped from the kitchen overnight but didn't come wake us til 6:30am (she'll have been on the sofa all night!)

I had a slightly achy heel on the 'dodgy knee' leg when I got up. I think I'll book myself in for some myofascial release massage - won't do any harm and could help the whole leg.

I was on the sofa most of the night too! My cold backfired and kept me awake most of the night so I cancelled this morning’s run.

It's a weird thing, myofascial release. When I've had it before it's very gentle - almost like light tapping - but to my surprise (I was very sceptical when she started) it seemed to work - my ITB felt a lot better for it, anyway!

That sounds interesting LD. I guess it's the same premise as that video I shared - freeing up the ITB L from the fascia. I may see if that's available near me.

Hugs for those in need today and GWS the ailing. ((()))

Keeping the body working well can get quite costly when you're an afleet but worth it in the long run. I've seen too many people keeping going and ending up making the problem worse and dragging it out for many more months than could be necessary.
