Glad that most of the long runners achieved and enjoyed their runs today,
Sorry about your knee complaining LD but you made the best decision to stop.

Nice riding MM and TPL, it would take me all day to ride those distances.

Great pics um.

I saw a couple of deer early on in my walk, but not in snapping distance. I also saw what I think was a red kite flying around. We don't usually get many this far south. It was so nice when I got home that I went out for a little ride on my bike. It's so nice that it's staying light for so much longer now.
