Good luck to the racers and those doing long runs. Am.going to pop over to see the grandsons, one has broken his elbow, and shall take the bike. Should give me 20 or so miles


Ouch, hope he’s not in too much pain.

About to put a chicken dish into the slow cooker and let it do it’s magic..

Well, I’ve given myself a stern talking to and emailed my local parkrun and the the 10k I should have been doing on Sunday, to offer my services volunteering at both.
