Afternoon all. We've had a new bed delivered - for our guest room - and have spent much of the day waiting around for the phone call to let us know when it was due. It came at 3:30pm.

Meanwhile I did some weights and went for a run, as I'd missed my window to go to the gym.
I'd cancelled my swimming session this evening as I was supposed to be having a zoom meeting but the meeting has just been cancelled so I'm now free this evening but it's too late to change my mind about swimming.

It's been a most unsettling day with uncertainness due to other people. I much prefer being in charge of my own day.

I didn't go for a run. Instead I called in at a new-to-me beauty place to book a manicure and pedicure next week ready for my cruise. Also had a patch test as I think I'm going for a lash lift and tint. Not exactly a training category ;-)

I’d rather be doing all that instead of running. Not today of course as I went for a run with KimCanRun . 4 miles nicely done and never even looked at the time.

I think I’ve painted my nails a handful of times. Just not for me.

Lovely 4 miles and a cuppa with Merry Lip Gloss Followed by 5.50 mile walk with my sister.
