I can't wear even clear nail polish at work so manicures are outwith my experience.

Fabulous bike ride, just under 45 miles.was still quite chilly when going along but lovely pit stop looking out at the sea in Ramsgate 😁

Lenses tried out - jury's out so far (perfectly comfortable, but the vision thing is a bit weird, I think it'll take my brain a while to sort out the messages it's getting via the lenses!

Just a very short run to see what's what with my knee. Annoying I can't find my reel of K-tape but even without it seemed ok. Bit tender but nothing unusual after a long-ih run at the weekend.

I should really have taken advantage of the lovely sunny day to do some gardening.

I only wear my lenses for sports as I can't get on with slightly blurry reading with them an I'm not going to buy reading glasses, so I put them in just before my run/swim and dispose of them once the day's activities are done. They are fine for driving, fortunately, just not laptopping and reading.
I absolutely love them for the sports though - I can see when swimming and they don't get fogged up when running or wet when raining.
