Day off here so a little lay in which meant a dog walk in the daylight 😁

Raining here so not a lot to do, may spend some time tidying and organising the greenhouse

Morning all.
Don't think I'm going to get any exercise today. Have to go to the dentist for part 1 of having a new crown fitted. :( The drive to Warwick will make a pleasant change though.

How exciting Sarah - road trip!! Even if it is for the dentist :-(

Morning all - hope everyone is OK and our front line people are hanging on in there. I really hope we start seeing light at the end of the tunnel soon for everyone.

Ran in the drizzle this morning.

Thanks also from me to those on the front line. I have 4 children/their partners who work in the NHS in various disciplines so get regular updates. It does not make happy listening and we haven't physically seen any of them since August which means we can only provide support to them from a distance.

450ml of blood bravely squeezed out. It was a struggle to get it to come and was dizzy, nauseous and sweating but it is done, unless last month when they sent me home shamefaced after 30ml and a lot of frantic machine beeping. I'm back on 5 month intervals, rather than 4, to give me more time to recover in between. But the truth is I am just a bit crap and fainty.
