Afternoon all

What a miserable day weather wise but at least we dont have snow.

Day off and been for blood test, then got invited to have a covid test by the App, so had that done. Made a cake, and prepared dinner. Time for another dog walk. Still feeling too washed out to do much more - hopefully tomorrow I will wake full of energy :-)

Last day of working with the rest of team and so tomorrow is back to just me manning the phones/door/GP’s so expect a headache will appear early on ;-)

I'm off work until next Monday, taking my time in lieu from working Christmas/New year etc along with general holiday days.

It was car MOT day - the car passed with no issues. Hurrah. While they did the MOT, we ran for 2 hours. 11.7 miles. Then had KFC to celebrate.

Back from the dentist. No pain but 50 mins in the chair and lots of drilling. Feel a bit wiped out now.

I had a lot of inlays done a few years back to replace huge 1970s amalgam fillings. The local anaesthetic left me feeling a bit wiped out. One time I had a shaky reaction to it, having turned up with an empty stomach: it contained adrenaline and with low blood sugar it affected me. Dentist had a stack of dextrose tablets to hand to deal with it.

Hoo frigin horay! I finally put one foot in front of another and went for a run. Was going to go for a walk but had running gear on just incase so 400 yards in I changed the Garmin to run and managed to trundle out 4 miles :-)
