TeeBee can advise better, but I don't see why not, ITG. It would be brilliant to see you i the morning. I find it very motivating to exercise as a group remotely.

OH and I are pretty certain the pollen is causing our sniffles at the moment, but it's hard not to think of C19 :-(

I've got odd tummyache type feelings but I can't decide if it's DOMS from all the gardening plus my strengthening class on Tuesday, a 'normal' slightly gippy tummy, one of the potential symptoms of this damn virus, or, and I suspect this is the most likely, a response to all the stress going on :-( .

Morning - on my list today: work, make soup, go for a run, do some yoga or Pilates, cook the tea and make a list of what we need to try and find in the supermarket tomorrow...

Turtlemama
Morning 😊. About to do school run then will pop to the farm shop on the way home to see if they have any yeast and restock fruit and veg. Thought about running from there but I'm not organised enough so will come home first. Or will run before picking turtle up from school which will minimise number of trips out of the house 😊

.........not sure today....very weird feelings running this morning......mixed emotions....glad that im allowed to still run(selfish guilty feelings) genuinely horrified at the situation our society is in...worried for my family and friends, whilst out running in beautiful morning sunshine...weird feeling very odd. ….Right back to work.

About This Thread

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed, sometimes even running.
