ITG, she's running them at 6am and 8am (latter is a trial next week to see who is interested in a later start). We are still on GMT, I guess we change this weekend.

Morning all.
Turkish - completely understand all the conflicting feelings. I felt a bit guilty last night for enjoying the opportunity I now have to get out in the sunshine because I'm working at home.

One day at a time and keep finding the positives.
Dipps - does anti-histamine help c9?

LD, I've had a bad tummy for a few days now. I think it's just stress.

Ouch LG (())

It’s worse without SW but it doesn’t stop it. I think if she did have CV the symptoms are constant enough that we’ve had our 14 days now but the spike in temperature threw me

Morning all. Hope your back is settling, LG. Turkhish, great description of the horrible tragic situation we’re caught up in. Glad you ran *tick* I need to get a grip, though, plenty on this thread alone that make my day seem a holiday camp despite the all invasive worry. However, my 12 yr old g.daughter is asking for help with her maths, so far 1 big sister, 2 parents, & 3 grandparents can’t help, but we’re working on it. The big sister has been offered supermarket work, the cafe she worked at had to close, but now worries about infecting her family.

I am lying on a sofa medicating with smarties - no nono - carb loading before my gym core session video :-)

All best wishes to TM & others, everyone bearing the brunt of this, & their families. You’re very much on my mind heart

um
Braved Tesco's at 8am ... 10 mins wait (or so) to get in - forced queueing 2m apart.

One out, One in in operation and all aisles marked with 2m tape.

No real shortage of anything unless you wanted very specific brands. And nice and empty inside.

Double packs of choc hob nobs half price so binge/buk bought 3 of those.

Dare I say, I wish shopping was like that all the time.

Ferret - start a maths homework thread. You can get my 45-50 year old school maths*, and if Dr. F's kids don't solve it, I have a WFH maths teacher on speed-dial. (aka eldest son)

*I was one if those that did Pure Maths, Applied Maths & Physics at A-level, with an extra O-level stats thrown in for fun, followed by a Maths degree. Job assessment/aptitude after graduating (exhaustive 3 hour analysis) said I was 'good with numbers'.

Dog walk again for me today - twenty minutes (older dog has bad arthritis so is limited), but Son 1 is going to walk them tomorrow so I should get a run instead :)

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed, sometimes even running.
