Thanks Fleecy. I think we were aiming for flatbreads but ended up with thick crackers! Very lovely though 😊
Will try to get yeast tomorrow with NHS ID. Also found out today our local market tomorrow has been cancelled so will need to source fruit and veg elsewhere.

Evening gonks. I am well over target for the 700 now, helps running every day. GF made flatbreads and a lovely curry for tea. Made a penguin Linoprint. Phoned lots of crappy companies. All in all a good day.

Got my “one run” in this evening. Just over 7km but really enjoyed it.

Looking at the mileage league I see I’m half way to 700 :-)

One of the small shops in town is doing deliveries to those considered "vulnerable" on account of age or other reasons. Put in an order over the phone, they deliver it to the porch and collect the cheque left out for them. Not entirely foolproof; I asked for one large baking potato and have been sent 4, so it will be baked potatoes for the next 4 days to ensure they are all eaten before they turn green or grow whiskers.

Seren - hope C9 now recovering.

AR - I feel for you, I really do. And for all closeted with family members whose patience is running short.

Fleecy - you can freeze milk. And cheese, if it's grated. And eggs, if they're shelled and mixed.

Columba: my freezer is full, and my milk is all in glass bottles! I’m going to make ricotta cheese from it tomorrow and also give some to neighbours. I’m imagining you eating lots of jacket potatoes, how funny :)

I have to take ds1 to work tomorrow morning so I might drive a little bit further past his work and run along the canal as a change of scenery. Haven’t run much at all lately, been walking as my daily outdoor exercise.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
