Morning :-)
Glad you're on the mend Teebee.
Take care out there Ymee and anyone else venturing out in ice and snow.
Run and bike later - all indoors - not much snow yet but it's Baltic out there! Brrrrr!

Morning!

No snow overnight here which is just as well as I have to go a to a Cat Rescue Centre in Newent. I'm not rescuing a cat but handing over the last of our charity cheques for this year. (I admit I was surprised that our members chose a cat rescue charity but then I'm not a cat person. We also supported the air ambulance, a local school for autistic children and a cancer-related charity so lots of good causes were covered.)

Morning. :)

My outside thermometer says -5.4* but it's a bit sheltered. I bet the car says more.

TB, at least you can stay snuggled instead of going out to Bootcamp in this weather. ;-)

Morning all

-6.4 here and blooming chilly on dog walk but thankfully no snow. Seems to have missed our little corner here as 10 miles up road it is bad.

Decorating today in the hope that if i get my jobs done today I may be able to run or bike (or both) this weekend. (Yes I am expecting a miracle cure today 😂😂)

A fair amount of snow and it’s now a blizzard. Temp gauge says -3 outside.

Trying to persuade Teen 2 that there’s no point getting inthe car to take her to school and walking is the only option. I’m going for a run!

About This Thread

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Next year's spreadsheet can be found here - let's fill it up
