One of lifes regrets is that I was supposed to go to live Aid, and my cousin decided to get married that week end :-(

Was desperate to run outside tonight, until I got home and tried walking up to the front door, and ended skating on the ice :-( so Gym and Treadmill tonight managed 8km of intervals, was sole destroying

I remember the day of Live Aid, I didn't hear much of it as I was at my sister's wedding, in Austria. :)

Good work today 700-ers, for getting your running/exercising in as best you could.

Great mileage dipps!

Run The Sum - I thought it was all about streaking and continually increasing mileage but I've had a proper look at it now. Excellent for doing the whole month ferret bunting and top of the leaderboard. :)

International Troublemaking Grouch
George played in Scotland when I had to be in Italy for BIL's wedding. So I then went to Scotland, then flew back to Lucca to see him. None of my pals would come so I took my husband's aunty, who was in about seventy and always up for laugh.

Evening.

Did an easy 8 miles. Timed it fine to avoid snow showers. Most pavements fine. One of the many good things about a running club. I’d have never gone out and done 8 by myself. (Though there was just the two of us doing this route!).

Well done Columba. I’ve not spun in over a week because of having a cold. . I love a spin class. I shall spin this weekend.

About This Thread

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Next year's spreadsheet can be found here - let's fill it up
