Snow here but not too bad.
My yoga class isn’t really yoga, it’s called core fusion and is a combo of yoga,pilates and traditional core. So lots of planks, burpees with extra things added (squat jumps, press-ups etc), and lots of reps. My stomach muscles went on strike by the end.

Snow sign of it yet.
I once spent 6 weeks outside every day in -20 to -30 in N Alberta, Canada. With the right kit you can do these things. But running becomes quite hard below -20. Balancing staying warm with sweating and that freezing is the challenge :-:
