I ran. I put an extra layer on (thermal short sleeved vest over my long sleeved top) and the sun came out and was quite warm. Then it started snowing, but just little showers after the initial blinding blizzard. ;-)

I hope that’s still fun following yesterday’s hard corefusion Pilates yoga, meglet, go for it!
That’s what I forgot - NSC I apologise enreservedly to all Yorkshireman. Maybe mr. f is from S Yorkshire, Sheffield.

One more day of runthesum for me, been attempting a 4 weak streak. I found it quite interesting running a minimum set distance everyday. Portland half day, was only meant to do 4K.

I think that would be a brilliant spin class - my era and my hero. :-)

Only managed 2 miles on the dreadmill - I do hate it but hopefully if it stays the way it is I will go for a run soon.

Envious of spinning. I spent all day in the library writing this stupid bloody essay. It was cold and I missed all the proper snow. When I came out it was melted and I didn't have time to get to spin.

Two miles on the dreadmill is to be applauded LG.

I do love all things George and I'm very envious of such cool workouts. I am going to a George Michael tribute next weekend though and massively looking forward to that.

My Garmin is on strike. Annoying.
(()) MM so frustrating :-(
Enjoy the spinning :-)
Lots of snow this morning, faired up in the middle of the day and the roads cleared fine for driving home, but now blizzarding again. Will see what the morning brings, but school not cancelled yet!

ITG I am going to one in April and so looking forward to it as well.
Went out and did 4.5 miles, sometimes when the wind was head on it was bitter and then too warm.

About This Thread

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Next year's spreadsheet can be found here - let's fill it up
