Why can't ITG use her deck? Because the spiders have occupatio.

Sweetie
Morning, back from Spain.
I have spent the week battling cockroaches so a spider would be a welcome change.
Went for a last run along the coast before heading home yesterday and my calf flared up again out of the blue after 7k - no idea what is going on there, I ran 10k without so much as a twinge a couple of days before that and now I am limping just walking on it again. It is so painful and out of the blue it behaves kinda like cramp but it doesn't feel like cramp, it feels more like something is torn - but that wouldn't get better so fast....
*sigh*

That describes my calf issues to a t, Sweets. Bloody infuriating. I hope it goes as quickly as it arrived.
