I don't mind spiders.
Have forgotten everything else other than pom poms for AL
Rest day for me meant beach, reading, sleeping and swimming.

ITG - you were doing great posting Monty Python pic, then wrecked it all by making latin puns> My father (who inexplicably studied medieval french and latin at university. Srsly) blighted my childhood with dreadful puns often involving latin, which was pointless because beyond the basic amo amas amat I was lost (almost as lost as autocorrect was in that last sentence )
Welcome back from hols, Claire, good luck with the marathon training.
A bloke turned up to work today to present a cheque he'd raised through sponsorship for us by running the london marathon. He brought his medal - wowsers I hadn't realised what a big deal that is! Tempting to try the ballot again some day (I do like a good medal I do)

A friend says "what's meant for you won't go by you" JC, life seems to be saying enjoy some downtime for the moment, the sun is shining, so I hope you can enjoy some time off before whatever is meant for you comes along xx
