Me too Ymee.

I just don't like hairdressers very much (not individuals, just the environment ).

Evening :) Mr AL had a useful meeting with the college about Leaflet & the apprenticeship situation. It looks as if it may well be a case of 'just as well' and he has nothing to feel responsible for. They have offered him a weekly session in the college restaurant in the meantime which Leaflet is quite pleased about, and are keen to find him another position as soon as possible. So fingers are crossed and Leaflet is more cheerful.

I was the same, was supposed to phone hairdressers today as well but totally forgot. I was hoping to get an appointment for Thursday or Friday as I'm off work. Supposed to be phoning to get appointment for smear test as well but never got round to it either, the downside of working in am open plan office, just when you think you've got freedom to phone , suddenly the boss and his cronies congregate around your desk.

Grey's a good colour, I like going grey. And hate hairdressers.
Good news about Leaflet, well done Mr AL :)
My legs hurt, feels like I ran more than 6 miles but it might be DOMS from yesterday on top of running today. I better do something else to them tomorrow to keep them on their toes :)

Lol Star, you could probably clear the office by shouting the words SMEAR TEST across it :)

About This Thread

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2016 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

bunting and 700er medals are often spotted around here.

Happy running :-)
