Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Mine would be over 60, but I’m just a little frustrated I’m so limited on mileage. I can only run 15mpw max before my foot falls off. I cycle the other days. I’ve started doing one hard run a week, a 3.4m loop and today it was 67.48% but I’m really not sure how well I would do at 10k off such low miles

I wouldn't worry GF, you're not going to be racing 10k any time soon. Can you not use this time to allow your foot to fix itself properly? i.e. not run on it for a few weeks, especially if you're getting out on your bike.

Alpenrose it’s been over 10 years so not sure a few weeks will fix it 😊

It’s a permanent issue unfortunately that I just have to manage

I had a birthday last week but I’ve got absolutely no idea when I’ll be able to race again and see what difference an extra year will make to my WAVA 🙁

Sorry that was a bit of a crass post seeing that nobody is going to be racing anywhere soon.
It’s just one of those birthday perks which will have to be lost for us all this year 🙁

Belated happy birthday ER. Hope you had a good day. I was hoping as I got older my WAVA would get better but the oldies seem to be mentalist fast things!
