Gobi, when you say you set your training paces to your PB's how do you calculate them? Macmillan? The Devils Slide Rule? Tea Leaves?

Embrace it Greg, pain is your friend
Don't bother setting the upper alarm, it is irrelavent, just make sure you go over that 85% and stay well over for the duration.
