I did used to be a 'never give 10/10' sort of person because.... well what happens when an even better thing comes along? But for this challenge... if I can't think of any obvious flaws and I really really enjoy something, heck, 100% Pet Sounds is 9/10 at best

Heads-up tomorrow in new releases Jana Horn, her previous lp "Optimism" was great, new one out tomorrow "The window is the dream" from what I've is similar but more so, very sparse folk/Americana, odd chord changes, sour kind of voice, arrangements pared back but lovely, "leaving him" is a track worth checking out. |

The Terminator
Classic album thread would be good. I'm heavily into Astral Weeks again right now, I'm pretty sure is my favourite album of all time, and love Forever Changes too. I'm going to say Pet Sounds is an 8/10 at most for me though. As for 2023 I can see Boygenius topping lots of end of year charts. |

Moving onto the new Hold Steady album. i haven't listened to any of there albums since Stay Positive which came out in 2008 but I do still listen to that album quite often. (similar to New Pornographers which i'm also listening to at the moment.)
