Nice stuff @MaT.T , quite few things I'm already onboard with there, and definitely a few I don't know.

Also just realised I missed the new Holiday Ghosts lp (despite seeing them live this year and them being excellent), just catching up now, and it's predictably excellent. I struggle with a lot of indie stuff these days (I have that drift to female singer songwriters too), but Holiday Ghosts kind of avoid that somehow despite sounding familiar, it just sounds good to me.

I know they're not Falmouth these days, but Cornwall has a vibrant scene, and kinda feel they're one of ours anyway.

Some nice tracks on there, Matt, cheers for sharing. One thing I very much enjoy at this time of year is checking out other 'best of' lists, there's always something great I've missed.

I got Waiting for the sun which is one of the few Doors ones I don't have. I also got Sleigher by Ben Folds which is just glorious.
