To show the group minimum goal in one set a day for the year I have worked an example starting at 10. By the end of the year you only need to be at 18, and anybody can do that, right? Here are the days when you need to add one press-up. These give you a total for the year of 5106. Anything more is cream

Thanks for the encouragement guys. I’ve always been rubbish at upper body or core stuff but I guess it’s like starting running. Start small and build up. In the end if you’re trying and making progress you’re a winner
