I do mine in sets of 5 because after that, I find my form starts to slump. I'm not proud!

3 sets of 6 with a minute between sets this morning. Not too worried about the amount of pressups I'm doing, just trying to find the consistency first. Early days n all that

3 sets of 10 throughout most days, but at a height not down on the ground. I'm at kitchen worktop level for now.

Same as GM, sets of 10 throughout the day. I’ve not posted before as I’m doing kitchen counter press-ups. But as my arm muscles are aching I guess they must be doing something!

What we all need to remember is that everyone has to start somewhere, and starting is the hardest bit.
We all started somewhere. Doing 2 or 3 press ups was hard, but if you stick with it eventually doing 5 or 6 or 10 or 50 feels as hard.
Don’t give up and don’t be discouraged because you can’t do what some people can. If we all saw Kipchoge’s marathons and gave up because we’d never be that good where would any of us be?
