a PT session is with my Personal Trainer, he checks my progress and reset my reps/weights if needed. All my gym work is on core and upper body in a possibilly vain attempt to become a better swimmer |

Have fun with the kettle bell Magbag. It's the piece of kit I most credit with toning me up and shifting my weight when I first started. And I still enjoy working with it.

Kettle Bells are excellent, been using them for 18 months or so, swings, cleans, wracks all sorts, quite hard on CV too.

these are youtube videos of the guy who runs the gym I go to, bear in mind he's a power athlete and a nutter, and there are lots of easier routines to begin with, I'll try and find some, but you can laught at this for a while first. |
