This is already helping. I struggled to motivate myself through my weights session tonight (which is strange because normally I love it), but then I thought of the extra cross training time ticking up nice and steadily and made it through to the end.

updated mine, 2:31 hours! that 1 minute on the end is all important. not too worried, as i think i mentioned there won't be much going on til after exams... and then it all kicks off! got karate, canoe polo, a few races, gonna aim to cycle to uni more often... hopefully that'll do nicely to bump up the hours!

though if you put the code in * death* then you'd actually end up with the icon. If you see what I mean. Well done everyone. Some good totals. And lol at Magbag logging "jumping aroudn the living room". Quite right! Bodypump was tops tonight. Off to log my training, then admire my total hours.
