ended up running back down to the gym to get some XT done as well so didn't quite make the mileage I planned but still finished the day on just short of 3hrs training

Nice one Bomb. This is the thing - only did half of a long run due to bad weather or family or life getting in the way , but did extra cross train, that needs to be counted. Cool! Right, must go eat! :-)G

Great stuff HG, this should get me off my ass to do little bike/swim/core as will be hard going to get my 365 from running only. They will mainly be my "rest" sessions though. :-)

To get your name in lights here on the thread header, please join the group, then keep a note of your target and progress in there. I'll copy it in here periodically!

Hour targets...

Remember, you can set your own target. Doesn't have to be 365 hours. Doesn't even have to be annual. Could be, "I will do 20 hours training in March." or "I will average 3 hours a week for the next 3 months." or "I will do 150 hours for the rest of the year." or whatever. You decide it, plan it, state it, then let's all go do it!!
