Well done Magbag. Wish I could get back to body pump but my wrists are still knackered. Its going to hurt so much when I finally can get back.

I know magbag, not been able to do it since the 6th Dec and that was with lighter weights as wrists couldn't manage more

I only do one Mags. Or sometimes two. I really do think it is a great allround workout. I go light on legs and try to concentrate on engaging abs in all the moves. :-)G

My abs actually tied up tonight when we were doing crunches. It bloody hurt. I am doing 2 pump classes,2 Combat classes and 2 slim waist classes this week. Well that's the plan anyway. Oh and I bought a kettle bell tonight in Tesco. Can't wait to try it out :)

Suppose I better run at some point too..lol

To get your name in lights here on the thread header, please join the group, then keep a note of your target and progress in there. I'll copy it in here periodically!

Remember, you can set your own target. Doesn't have to be 365 hours. Doesn't even have to be annual. Could be, "I will do 20 hours training in March." or "I will average 3 hours a week for the next 3 months." or "I will do 150 hours for the rest of the year." or whatever. You decide it, plan it, state it, then let's all go do it!!
