I'm off to bed shortly so I can get 60-90 mins pool time at silly o'clock. Hope to train later on too

Managed 45 mins bike, 5 mins core + 15 mins swim tonight, so 1:05 added. No running! Intervals tomorrow though. Will be about 50 mins run. But will add on possibly some core and definitely 15 min swim again, so min 1:05 tomorrow too, I think. If I do the yoga that's another 45, so could be 1:50! :-)G

If I want a proper swim then that's the best time. Lanes in and only ppl that want to swim in the pool. 3 lanes split by speed but tbh not often more that 6 of us that means you can swim up and down your side of the lane unhindered.
The other 3 lanes have club in training. Reality is, won't be long till I have to be there at 5:30 am for Fetch-head to train, he's up to 4 evening sessions a week if he misses none now.
Maybe I should sign him up to this, he'll probably push 200hrs for the year!!
I'm not so good at evening training and never seem to fair well in evening races.

I've joined the group
3.7% of my target completed in 4.7% of the year. Hmmm. Well, it *is* an ambitious target!

Yup :)G I appear to have a budding athlete ?triathlete on my hands.
He's just qualified for 3 races at the North Wales Champs (swimming)
100m races in Back, breast and freestyle.
He's aiming for pb's which is prob best as the age grp is 9-13 so he's at the very young end of that!! I'll just have to remember not to giggle when he's on the start between 2 13 yr olds, he's grown but is still 'petite'!!!
A year, yes, where did it go!! bet he'd be well under 8:30m/m now.
Ok enough Mummy bragging I think. H

I am def including my swimming in my hours target -- just not as a Furman session. I am also thinking I'll include core work WHEN I do it -- which isn't often enough! But it's quite motivating to see the two figures & try to get them matching!
