Yes sallykate, everything counts if it's something that you feel is taking you forward. And the whole idea is to push your numbers to meet YOUR goals! Go for it! :-)G

What a great idea, no idea how much I normally do in a year but I'll give it a shot. I do run but also do tonnes of walking and am trying to do core excercises too. I have a feeling that along with my running it's going to be over achieved!!

Er...Just a query... In the header where people have put their time achieved, ie, 5.26 or whatever, is that as in a decimal place like 26/100ths of an hour or is in in minutes, in which case it wouldn't be a decimal point? I'm not good at maths so won't be doing the %

I dont think it matters a huge amount as long as you know which you've used, but your training log should give it in hours and minutes so probably easiest

I've used minutes ie 11:10 is 11 hour and 10 minutes -- cos it was easier as Isabel said
