Having day off today - we have visitors & don't want to make them have to endure me doing the shred!

I'm not managing it every day but really enjoying it again: done level 1 4 times last week, onto level 2 again tomorrow. Which I seem to remember involves jumping lunges... :-/

Well done Duo. I really need to start making time for this as my core needs serious work.
If I start now I'll have done most of it before the Christmas parties start.....hmmmmm

Thanks BC. I've been doing this every day so completed day 5 and I'm beginning to see positive changes.
I've modified the lunges as they're too hard on the knees and I'm using heavier weights.

Level 2 is much better than Level 1! More interesting and varied. Good luck

Well done GR
I'll be finishing lvl 2 on Saturday and I've went from the first two days of struggling to get through it to completing it all. I'm still modifying the deeper lunges and using heavier weights.
What I plan to do as I'm due to finish the 30 days halfway through Dec is to continue with lvl 3 until the 31st and then pick up one of her other exercise programs.
