Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

A nice steady accumulation of miles to keep me well ahead of schedule. I'm glad I've given myself ambitious targets to keep myself motivated

Postie - A smart strategy, one i cant adopt as closely as i would like. With 4 100's spread between May and October there will be a good few weeks when i'm either not running or low recovery mileage.

Torie - that looks like a lovely course, one for the future I think :-)

Cotswolds 24 hour for me in July! Looking forward to that one as well as Sherwood Forest 100--as you say SS, the Forest sounds a visual treat.
Just noticed I hit 1,000 for the year so far!

Just back from Endure24. Managed 6x 5mile loops and part of a 7 man team who did 37 laps total (185miles). That means this week was my highest ever mileage week with 55 miles! I'm a bit more ahead now.

Busy weekend meant I fell short last week but back into it this week. Will be about 46 behind after todays run which is still close enough for me not to worry yet.

half way - slightly ahead of schedule. Enter my first marathon this week as well - Chester on 2nd October, so that should help with the mileage!

About 50 behind and 106 needed for halfway by the end of June. So 11 miles a day it is then :-)

quite happy with 1089 under my belt with an ultra coming up in July. Enjoy the marathon chunkywizard. It looks like it's going to be fairly warm weather wise.

So we're now half way through the year, how are we all doing?

I've got a nice buffer, but am hoping my mileage in the second half of the year will be similar to the first half.
