Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

all good here, 10% up and nicely into marathon training. As long as I don't get injured I'm well on the way. Well done torey and SS by the way!

SS..they were 9k loops, quite a bit on grass/trail as well as surfaced paths. Good course overall. Back running ok...couple of 6 milers under my belt and looking forward to Robin Hood 100 in September. Thanks Wizard!

A disappointing 142 miles this month for me, not helped by being laid low with a virus during the first half of July. Still comfortably ahead of the game though. :)

Passed 1500 yesterday, so a long way up. Currently tracking for about 2600, but I'm taking at least 2 weeks off in November.

Just did 14miles (with 4@MP) as part of the build up to Chester marathon. Knackered now.

approaching the 1,500 mark, not far Off you SM6. 22 easy this morning, slightly down on my usual mileage before an Ultra (100 miler in September) but ..hey ho!

I'm a little behind you torey, but with a marathon in November I should keep the mileage ticking over until then at the required rate. Feeling very sluggish after returning from my holidays, did some great running there up hills, felt strong, got noticeably better, came back and it all drained away despite keeping up the mileage, not sure what's going on/wrong there.

I'm a bit clear of 1500 now ;) (that post was from the end of last month!) I'll go over 1700 if I go out this evening.

Chrisull, you have amazing consistent mileage for years! Have you been injury free all that time? (Without wanting to hex you 😃)
