41 easy miles over two days gets me to within 55 miles of target but, more importantly, only 4 weeks away from the years A race 👌
Hope you are all fit and well.
Peace x

Well done Nellers! I did eventually get out to - had planned to do 18, but was getting stomach cramps and slowing down from about 11 miles, so stopped at 17 as that was the direct route back to my house.
Well done TT, sounds like the training is going well for your ultra.

Kimbolton half all done and dusted. First time we ran this race and what a splendid tip top race it is too. Highly recommend. Very pleased with my effort.
Fizz found our fencers lump hammer. Which is a good thing.

That depends on what she is going to do with it WW!
Well done to everyone who managed to tear themselves away from the internet and get outside for a run! Whether it was FE, funny cat antics or dancing toddlers it's always better to get out.
Kind of pleased and disappointed at the same time when I got in from my run. Plan was 16 with12@MP and I managed 15 with 11 @mp before a massive onset of CBA. I could/should have pushed on.

You have a point Stu. I guess at least it's not sharp or pointed.

Easy 10k run today at a snail's pace. Tired-ish legs after yesterday's 10 miles but they warmed up after a while and were able to out run someone I'd been leapfrogging on the last 2.5 miles home. She passed me as I was running to heart rate, then when I caught her and her munchkin on a bike mincing down the slope on the road crossing, passed them and kept them behind me for the last mile, even with a couple of walk breaks.:)

I've done another couple of miles just now with Veggie Daughter. First time she's done 20 minutes without a walk break. Very proud dad.
