Morning and my youngest is 7 years old today 😍😍😍 where has the years gone by??? He was born 2 days after the London marathon and know as the marathon baby, can't wait to run a marathon with him lol no pressure just one ☝️ 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I hadn't as of yesterday Doc - going straight from work to running club tonight, so I'll let you know if it's arrived when I get home later this evening. Think I was in black pen last year, but not sure.

Morning all!
My youngest was 30 - THIRTY - a few weeks ago, Toks, so you're still at the very young family stage. Make the most of every minute.
Those spring stilt things look like a short cut to broken limbs. I have enough difficulty staying upright while doing ordinary running.
Can it be spring soon please, I'm fed up of all this cold, windy and rainy weather. Continuing to be Mrs Sensible and having yet another rest day.
Gammon in parsley sauce with fried potatoes and veggies for tea.

Yes, it was a nasty shock to see the thermometer read less than 0 this morning! Warm running tights on legs...I hate having cold legs.

I've shoved some gloves in my kit bag for running club tonight - unfortunately couldn't find any long sleeved tops after a recent tidy up or one of those would have gone in the bag too.
